Who We Are
The Wellbeing Hub is part of Best at Solutions CIC, which was established back in 2013. After 11 years of successfully supporting people through The Grief Recovery Method® on the Fylde Coast and across the country, we are now expanding our services to offer Counselling & Coaching. We are excited to begin this new venture and to be able to provide better access to targeted services, at reasonable costs, without a waiting list. We look forward to welcoming you to… The Wellbeing Hub.
How We Can Help
Counselling & Listening
Our counselling and listening services offer a safe, confidential space where adults and young adults can talk openly about grief, loss, and life’s challenges. Using a compassionate, person-centred approach, our qualified counsellors work to build a trusting relationship that supports healing and personal growth.
Support Groups
Our weekly support groups provide a welcoming space where people can connect with others and share experiences in a supportive environment. We also offer informal wellbeing activities such as exercise classes, craft sessions, and a community choir, many of which are fully funded or low cost.
Workshops & Resources
Our workshops and wellbeing programmes help people better understand their emotions and develop practical coping strategies. Led by trained specialists, these sessions provide useful tools and guidance to support long-term emotional wellbeing.
How To Access Our Services
To access our services, we invite you to book a consultation call, so we can discuss your needs and allocate you to a specialist who will work alongside you to support you on your way forward. Sessions can take place in our dedicated space on Avroe Crescent in Blackpool, or virtually via Zoom or similar online platforms. Bookings can be made through our app (coming soon) or by emailing us at info@twhub.co.uk.
Costs for support vary depending on the status of the client (retired, out of work, employed etc.), but also by the level of qualifications held by the specialist leading the session. Many clients choose to use our counselling/coaching services rather than waiting for NHS sessions, which can take up to 12 months to access. In most cases, a client can book/access a session within the next 7 days.
To access our less formal wellbeing sessions please email us at info@twhub.co.uk.
About Us
At The Wellbeing Hub, we offer a place where adults and young adults can find trauma informed, compassionate emotional support in many forms. Whether that is through traditional therapeutic counselling, bespoke coaching sessions, or an evidence-based educational programme. Dealing with grief, loss, and change is not a ‘One Size Fits All’ process, which is why we offer a range of support services.
All sessions are delivered by qualified specialists in their field. Some sessions may be delivered by trainee counsellors who will have been completing years of formal training to ensure their fitness to practise. With a focus on the person-centred approach, we strive to build a trusting and collaborative therapeutic relationship with each client, ensuring a supportive and empathetic journey towards healing and self-actualisation.
We also offer fully funded and low cost wellbeing activites such as support groups, exercise classes, craft sessions and a choir to further improve your wellbeing in a less formal way. These sessions take place weekly at the hub
At The Wellbeing Hub, clients will find a space that is free from judgment, where they can talk freely and explore any uncomfortable feelings or emotions that may be preventing them from living a carefree life.
